Rajesh Kulkarni is an Electrical Engineering professional with 26 years of Sales, Marketing & business development experience in the Indian and Asia Pacific regions. He currently manages Uron's EPC business as Director of Sales & is responsible for Techno commercial strategic business development activities in India and the Asia Pacific regions. Before Uron Energy, he worked at Hensel (German MNC) for 19 years, where he was instrumental in their growth and business development activities in India, part of South East Asia, the Middle East & South Africa.

He has been involved in setting up businesses in Sri Lanka, UAE, Malaysia, and South Africa and actively supported for business development activities in Southeast Asian countries.

Mr.Rajesh is also a member of the Bureau of Indian Standards ETD28 committee specific to IEC solar standards. He was a chairperson for as the Content & Curriculum Development Committee for National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) Green Jobs under NSDC. He has also been a regional manager for ASA (Architectural Solar Association) responsible for developing BiPV projects. He was also recognized & awarded the ' EQ Young Guns Award ' in 2019.

As a business head solely responsible for Photovoltaics for the C& I Solar Rooftop segment, he is well conversant with IEC standards and his expertise includes safety requirements.
