Dr. Neha Sainbhi is currently working as Manager in Research and Development department in Waaree Energies Limited. She is responsible for new product development, PV market trends and analysis, developing technology roadmap, product datasheet and collaterals, white papers and technical write-ups, conducting webinars and providing training etc. She is a gold-medalist in her Master's degree in Solar Energy and holds PhD degree in Electrical engineering focused on Solar PV. She has a cumulative experience of more than 9 years in solar PV domain. Her research interest lies in design, development, performance, degradation and reliability assessment of PV modules.
