Lejo Joseph Koduvelikulathu, Head of Department R&D Solar Cells holds a M.S in Electronics and Nano-Micro systems. He is working with ISC Konstanz since 2010. His research encompasses device simulation and metallisation losses in solar cells. He is an expert for cell process integration, and has been actively involved and part of ISC's technology transfers and production cell ramp-up support to projects in India ( nPERT, PERC, TOPCOn) and China ( IBC-ZEBRA). He is currently leading the R&D Solar cell department.

There are around 200+ VDMA members located in the southern region. He represents VDMA on the OPC UA FORUM India steering committee member. He also represents the activities of Woodworking Machinery Division Frankfurt in India.
