Bhagyasree is an Energy Advisor at GIZ India, where she leads and contributes to various
initiatives in the areas of energy storage and e-mobility. Holding a master's
degree in Power Systems Engineering, her work focuses on policy and regulatory
frameworks, technical research on battery energy storage systems, EV charging
infrastructure, and the integration of circular economy principles in energy
and renewable sectors. She has played a key role in collaborative projects with
major national ministries such as the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy
(MNRE), NITI Aayog, and other government stakeholders, supporting both policy
development and implementation on the ground. Prior to joining GIZ, she worked
as a lecturer and remains committed to knowledge sharing, capacity building,
and continuous learning to support India's clean energy transition.
