Bhagyasree is an Energy Advisor at GIZ India, where she leads and contributes to variousinitiatives in the areas of energy storage and e-mobility. Holding a master'sdegree in Power Systems Engineering, her work focuses on policy and regulatoryframeworks, technical research on battery energy storage systems, EV charginginfrastructure, and the integration of circular economy principles in energyand renewable sectors. She has played a key role in collaborative projects withmajor national ministries such as the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy(MNRE), NITI Aayog, and other government stakeholders, supporting both policydevelopment and implementation on the ground. Prior to joining GIZ, she workedas a lecturer and remains committed to knowledge sharing, capacity building,and continuous learning to support India's clean energy transition.  

Dr. Rashi Gupta, fondly known as 'Batterywali of India', is the pioneer of manufacturing of Advanced Lithium Batteries in India alongwith the 'Worlds Smartest Lithium Battery'. She is the Founder & Managing Director of Vision Mechatronics Private Ltd, leading it towards a name to reckon for in the field of Robotics, Renewable Energy & Energy Storage. A Women Entreprenuer who has been fearless & ferocious in creating a brand for herself & the company in these male dominated fields. If one takes a closer look at the alchemy of this achiever, two distinct virtues pop up, besides perseverance & hard work. These are: pioneering spirit & willingness. Coupled with an impressive background, it was not therefore surprising that she became a prominent name in the Renewable Energy Sector of India and is featured as Asia's Most Influential Women in Renewable Energy, 2020. She has been working on Gender Equality and Women Empowerment issues globally. She holds degrees of BE, MBA, LLM, & PhD to her title. She is a committee member of Bureau of Indian Standards for Batteries, Energy StorStorage and E-Mobility. She is also Member of International ElectroTechnical Commission. She is also a committee member of National Energy Storage Committee- FICCI, CleanTech Business Club- Chair of Task Force- Energy Storage & Smart Energy, Chairperson-Womens India CBC, CBC Vice Chair India.

Manan Pathak is an accomplished professional in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Smart Grid and Electric Vehicle (EV) Technologies. With extensive expertise in EV Safety, Smart Grid Integration and advanced simulation, he has published over six journal papers and presented 18+ papers at national and international conferences. He has also contributed to intellectual property development with five design patents. Holding a Master's in Electrical Power Systems and multiple postgraduate diplomas, he is currently pursuing Ph.D. research on renewable energy's impact on hybrid transmission line optimization. His work has been recognized with awards for best research papers and contributions to energy-efficient infrastructure.

Pratyush Bhatt is a Hybrid Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems leader shaping resilient power for India. He has launched and fully owns the BESS domain across the complete techno-commercial stack. He has built standardized module and inverter selection frameworks, plant level safetypractices, and a factory to rooftop quality assurance process. Pratyush has significantly contributed to material quality reforms and new product development, including securing nationwide exclusivity in India for a globally recognized product that is ultra-critical to system safety. He has also helpedSolarSquare win multiple CII awards for quality and safety best practices and innovation. His guiding aim is to make reliable solar + storage the everyday standard for India.

With over 25 years of experience across renewable energy and semiconductor technologies, she brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and executive leadership. Priya has previously held senior leadership roles at Siemens Gamesa, SunEdison, Moser Baer, and Intel (Altera), leading P&L, manufacturing, technology, and largecross-functional teams.
