Even as India is ramping up its targets and support for e-mobility, the country is still dependent heavily on import of both the final product and the critical raw materials required for manufacturing of batteries. Given this backdrop, the speakers will present their perspectives on where India stands in terms of domestic manufacturing and self-reliance. They will also talk about the role of the Production Linked Incentives (PLI) Scheme for National Programme on Advanced Chemistry Cell (ACC) Battery Storage.
