Urvish Dave is a seasoned solar professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience acrossproject development, techno-commercial strategy, and large-scale solar execution. He is the Co-Founder of URON® Energy, where he leads engineering-driven growth with a strong focus on performance, quality, and long-term asset reliability. He has been recognised as ET Entrepreneur of the Year (Times Group, 2023), listed among India's 100 Most Influential Leaders in Solar, and named a Top 40 Under 40 Leader by EQ for his contribution to the renewable energy sector. Urvish brings a deep, practical understanding of India's solar policies, regulatory frameworks,and on-ground realities. Siddharth Shetty covers India's broader power sector, with a primary focus on wind energy and the country's emerging hydrogen landscape. He also works extensively on long-term energy modelling, in addition to conducting research on standalone energy storage auctions and the transmission sector. His work focuses on analyzing market trends, regulatory developments, and corporate strategies to deliver actionable, forward-looking insights. Prior to joining BloombergNEF, Siddharth was an Associate at cKinetics Consulting, a boutique sustainability advisory firm, where he provided strategic research and guidance to clients acrossdiverse industries. Siddharth holds a double Master's degree, an MSc in Energy for Smart Cities from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden and Grenoble INP in France. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore.
