Mr. Tobias Winter was born in East-Berlin, Germany and holds a degree in Business Administration of the Rhine-Westphalia Institute of Technology Aachen (RWTH Aachen University). He has professional experience in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects and the corresponding legislation in Germany, India, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. As an expert in energy economics he was sent to Latin America by the German federally owned international cooperation enterprise (GIZ) for six years. From 2009 to 2014 he has been the Director of the Competence Center in Renewable Energies for the German Chambers Network in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. In 2015 he came back to India, since then leading the Support Office of the Indo-German Energy Forum, to promote cooperation in energy security, energy efficiency, renewable energies, investments in energy projects and collaborative research and development.

Nishaanth is the Country manager, India for the Green Hydrogen organisation. The mission of the Green Hydrogen organisation is to accelerate the adoption of Green Hydrogen globally. GH2 is a registered Swiss non-profit organisation, with a mission to accelerate the adoption of green hydrogen to reduce carbon emissions from other energy sources and forms of hydrogen. Nishaanth is a visionary leader at the forefront of India's sustainable energy transition. With a distinguished career spanning over a decade in managerial roles at automotive dealerships with Honda and Ford, he brings invaluable expertise in both industry and sustainability to the table. His journey took a transformative turn when he assumed the mantle of leading the establishment of the Green Hydrogen Organisation (GH2) in India. Nishaanth's remarkable contributions extend beyond his corporate background. He spearheads a multi-stakeholder effort, seamlessly bridging the gap between governments and industry players to drive India's green hydrogen ambitions forward. His dedication to sustainability is evident through his pivotal role in implementing GH2's various initiatives across the nation. Moreover, Nishaanth has actively fostered the development of novel green hydrogen projects in India, emphasising his commitment to a greener future.

Debmalya is a energy sector professional with 11.5 years of experience in the operations, asset management and business development across coal, gas, renewables and energy storage. Before joining KPMG, he was working as a Senior Consultant in Customized Energy Solutions, where he was working over energy storage project and strategy consulting and prior to that he worked with CLP India for 9 years. Within CLP he has been in various roles staring with control room operations, regional asset manager of CLPs wind assets in Rajasthan and Gujarat, project manager for CLPs first solar project and thereafter worked as Manager - Innovation in CLPs Business Development BU. He holds a Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Masters in Thermal power plant engineering from NPTI and a MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management in Finance concentration. He is also a selected mentor for 'Women in energy storage' program conducted by ESMAP in collaboration with World Bank.
