Having worked in the solar industry for 20+yrs, starting with consulting & advising the government and private sector on installation of solar PV systems. Was actively involved in EPC of small, medium, and large scale Solar PV projects since 2005. Played a significant part in creating the Solar PV sales and distribution network for the world's largest distribution company.

In 2015, Founded India's First & Only professional company into Asset, Operations & Maintenance Management of Solar PV Projects with the deployment of cutting-edge technology (Machines, Softwares, Field Team & NOC centre) in conformity with latest ESG regulations.

In 2019, Founded India's First specialised company into Management of "End-of-Life" Solar PV Projects & Equipments, namely: Spares/Parts management, Repairs, Refurbishment, Recycling + Project Revamp, Re-engineering, Re-Powering, Relocation, De-Commissioning, etc.

Now setting out on a new journey (called 'जुग्नि'(Jugni) / FireFly in English) to provide extremely low cost or FREE SOLAR POWER (electricity) to socially & economically underprivileged / oppressed women across the globe.
