Utility Scale solar projects execution is picking up after coming to a standstill during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, there are headwinds in the form of increase in the solar module prices after the pandemic, supply chain issues and increase in commodity prices. In this session, some of the challenges and opportunities for solar project development will be addressed, and the topics include What are the potential supply chain issues that increases the risk of project cost overruns? What are the learnings from the implementation of the ALLM (Approved List of Models and Manufacturers of Solar PV modules) from a project development perspective? How can project developers navigate the anticipated inflationary environment?
