Pratyush is an Investment Director & Country Head of India of Blueleaf Energy, joining from Macquarie Capital where he led renewables development activities in India. He leads Blueleaf Energy's business in India and Vietnam, involving project development and acquisitions. This includes supporting the growth of the Vibrant Energy platform in India and setting up partnerships in Vietnam. His career spans for more than 16 years, which includes experience in range of activities including M&A, project finance, business and project development, energy markets, engineering, and risk management. Previously, he was Managing Director of Statkraft Solar Solutions, the Indian solar arm of Norwegian renewable energy major Statkraft.
He is a gold medalist from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi; his education includes Bachelor of Engineering, MBA and CFA.
