Presently working as Lead - Electrolyser Technology & Manufacturing Strategy Malay is having total 26 years of working experience across sectors of energy with functional responsibilities in project management, design and engineering, business development. He is with L&T Vadodara for last 18 years and having earlier worked with Development Consultants group in Kolkata. He is well versed with energy industry, both Renewables and fossil fuel based power generation market in India, South East Asia and Middle East. Malay was associated with L&T's EPC business for gas-based power plants and headed the Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) unit. He was involved in 15 HRSG projects executed by L&T in India and abroad, and brought success from markets in Thailand, Oman and other Asian countries during his tenure as Head of HRSG Unit. He is deeply involved into strategic initiative of L&T's Green Hydrogen business portfolio for last 2 years and committed to professionally contributed in energy transition drive for the country and the world as a whole.

Ms. Shallu Thakur is Chief Manager for Sustainable Energy systems group responsible for South Asia Market. Currently driving new key growth areas within Siemens Energy related to Green Hydrogen economy, decarbonized energy systems. She holds a master's degree in CAD/CAM Engineering from Thapar University of Patiala, India. She gained her professional experiences in several positions across the globe in the power plant business.

Shaji John is an Electrical Engineer, has Executive MBA from SP JAIN, Mumbai and he is also a Certificated Project Management Associate, IPMA Switzerland. He is responsible for Business Development & Sales for Ohmium, a Green Hydrogen Technology Company since June 2022. Previously in his last assignment with L&T, Shaji John was responsible for developing Renewables business and ensuring that L&T is well placed to capture a considerable market share in the emerging clean energy space. The Solar Initiative was started under his leadership back in 2008 and reached a portfolio of over ~ 8 GW of Solar projects, 150 MWHr of Battery Energy Storage Systems and 500 Micro Grids. He was responsible for bagging one of the largest contracts of NEOM Green Hydrogen project, involving 3 GWp Solar, 1.5 GW Wind, 500 MWHr of Batteries and associated Grid Management Systems. He has over 26 years of experience in P&L Management, Strategic planning, Business Development, Contracts, Project Management, Strategic Sourcing in International and Domestic markets for T&D and Renewable Business. He and his wife Reena parents two lovely girls Angeline Anna John (16) and Christine Anna John (14). Apart from spending time with family and professional work, he enjoys spending time on gardening, cooking, and investments.
