An alumnus of IIT Roorkee, Mr. Puneet Jaggi is a first-generation entrepreneur and has founded multiple companies in the cleantech space along with his brother. He is the founder of Prescinto Technologies Private Limited and a Director of BluSmart and Param Renewable Energy . He is also the co-founder of the Bombay Stock Exchange (SME) listed Gensol Group.

Thiru has more than 13 years of experience in the Solar sector in the entire gamut of Operations(Project Management, Engineering, QHSE & O&M). He has executed more than 300 MW of ground mount and rooftop projects, both in CAPEX and OPEX modes. Apart from Solar, Thiru also has worked for a decade in Manufacturing, EPC and in diversified Project Development Companies in the energy sectors like Thermal, Combined Gas and Wind. Prior to Enerparc, he worked in Mytrah Energy and GMR Group, among others. He is a alumnus of REC, Trichy.

Dilip Kumar started his career as an automation engineer, due to his keen interest in developing new products. He joined Rockwell Automation Inc., global leader in Industrial Automation as Application Engineer. At Rockwell Automation, he was assigned growing responsibilities leading to manage customers contributing 12% of its revenue in India. During his tenure, he received multiple awards for his technical & sales leadership. Between 2012 - 2016, he spearheaded SMA India's South Region. Consistently achieved exceptional and measurable results in identifying new markets, setting up new business territories, building & leading teams in a dynamic environment. In the year 2015, he along with Mr. Vikram Shetty founded Inspire Clean Energy (ICE) - a pure play, technical asset, operations & maintenance management company for the solar PV plants. In the last 7+ years, ICE has grown and regarded as technical experts in managing solar PV assets. Many of its process are now de-facto standard operating procedures in the industry. Late 2018, he co-founded Reparar Works (RW), India's first Solar PV repairs, refurbishment and recycling company focussing on sustainable ways to handle post warranty life of PV components. Today, ICE & RW together as Life Cycle Management Companies have made positive impact on close to 2 GWp of Solar PV Asset. Regarded as go to person in Solar PV tech community, he has a strong sense of socioenvironmental responsibilities and works towards protecting it. This lead to formation of 'The ReLIFE Programme' which helped in providing livelihoods to people displaced by COVID. The programme helped close to 100 people restart there life, who were the sole bread winner for their family.

An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow Mr. Nimish Jain has more than 14 years of experience in solar PV industry. In his current role as CEO of Airtouch solar India, he oversees firm operations across all business units as well as strategic planning and growth initiatives. Prior to this he worked as Managing Director India with a Spanish company, Solarig which is one of the global leaders in Solar Asset Management and Project Development. His area of expertise includes P&L Management, Business Development and Strategy, New Geography Expansion and Board Representation. Prior to Solarig he led Business Development at Vikram Solar Limited and established Jinko Solar in India and SE Asia as a market leader. He has also worked with SMA Solar and Reliance Industries Limited in Sales and Business Development roles. He has received various awards like Global Solar Energy Leadership Award, Outstanding Achievement award by world HRD congress and Special Recognition for Contribution for solar PV by Solarcon India.

Gesche Maass is Conference Manager at Solar Promotion International GmbH. She organizes besides the Intersolar Middle East Conference worldwide Intersolar Conferences such as the Intersolar North America Conference, Intersolar China Conference or the equivalent in India and Mexico. Besides, she is involved in the organization or various online events as for example the Green Hydrogen Conference or onsite events on Off Grid, Green Hydrogen or Renewable Energy in Germany. Formally, she served as Marketing Assistant at ISCAR Germany GmbH an Israeli firm for precision tools running PR campaigns, exhibition appearances and market research. She hold a diploma in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau and is fluent in German, English, Russian and French. With basic knowledge in Hebrew and Spanish.

Ramjan Pathan is an aeronautical engineer and completed his post-graduation from Coventry University, UK. He is Founder, CEO of Lightning Drones India and working in the field of Drones since 2011 with various innovative solutions. Lightning Drones working in UAV inspections and mapping under his guidance across the country for gov. and non-gov clients, we are already exploring the global market. We have completed more than 4.5 GWp of solar module thermography, 1500 km transmission line patrolling, more than 175000 acres of land mapping and many more till now.
