Mr. Manish Gupta, aged 45, Founder and Chairman of Insolation Energy Limited (INA) and is first generation entrepreneur with an extensive experience and exposure of more than 20 years in various sectors such as Steel, Industrial Pipeline Accessories, Real Estate, Health & Fitness, and Independent Solar Power Producer. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. He created a robust supply chain network and a trusted customer base for his ventures, to name a few, Fluidcon Engineers, Pink City Pipe Fitting Pvt. Ltd. etc. He has set high standards of excellence in the areas of innovation, manufacturing, operations, enhancing production capacity, and executing profitable integration and business outreach. He possesses excellent business acumen and the capability to run any business ventures he intends to get involved in, with much efficiency and the capacity towards accomplishment. He has played a pivotal role in establishing INA as a well-established player in the Solar PV Module manufacturing industry. His venture into the renewable energy sector, Insolation Energy Ltd has emerged as the largest solar panel manufacturer in Rajasthan and one of the leading solar power companies in India with global accolades. His out of box approach and persuasive skills has resulted in the company receiving many awards of National and state level and these recognitions brought a lot of glory to the company and to Mr. Gupta through his hard work, determination, perseverance, and commitment.

Dr. Puzant Baliozian is the VDMA PV Equipment Group's project manager since September of this year. He is involved in techno-economic studies for manufacturing capacity of PV along the value chain and represents the interests of European PV equipment manufacturers internationally. The PV Sector Group at VDMA also publishes the yearly international technology roadmap for photovoltaics (ITRPV) showing highly relevant technology projections and trends. Dr. Baliozian studied physics at the American University of Beirut (BSc., 2014) and has a specialization in renewable energy (MSc. 2016) from the university of Freiburg. From 2016 until recently, he worked at Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems (ISE) in Freiburg in the field of photovoltaic production technologies where he also did his PhD. He is best known for developing the passivated edge technology for separated industrial solar cell concepts, to boost cell and module efficiencies.

Kolan Saravanan is the head of centrotherm India. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the capital equipment industry. His expertise spans marketing, account management, and program management skills. He has extended the skill set to solar capital equipment market in India for the last 15 years and has been a strong proponent of local solar PV manufacturing. He is a chemical engineer with B.Tech from NIT, Trichi and M.S. from Iowa State University.

Rajesh Ambigapathy joined Pasan SA, a member of the Meyer Burger Technology group, in 2010 as Head of Sales and Service and is currently its Managing Director. Pasan is the world reference for measurement equipment in the photovoltaic cell and module manufacturing business. Prior to joining Pasan SA, Rajesh worked in several companies in the IT and RFID industries, and occupied different roles in sales/marketing as well as in operations. Born in Madras, India, Rajesh is trained as a physicist and obtained a PhD in optoelectronics from the Swiss Institute of Technology in Lausanne. He is married and the happy father of three wonderful children.
