Rohit Gadre leads BNEF's solar sector research for India. His focus is on analyzing market trends, policy dynamics, companies' strategies and building forecasts to provide strategic insights on the development in the sector. Rohit previously worked as a consultant with DNV GL Singapore advising regulators, government agencies, utilities, developers and credit ratings agencies on regional electricity markets, energy policies and energy efficiency standards. Rohit holds an MSc in the Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from University College London and B.E. in Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Sharib Razi is the Vice President of Ground-mount Engineering, Operations and Management at Amplus Solar. His 23+ years of experience in the design and delivery of conventional and renewable energy projects across the globe has immensely supported the growth of Amplus in his area of expertise. Sharib also has experience in project conceptualization, feasibility studies and O&M. Sharib holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Gulbarga University. In addition, he is a Certified Project Manager from International Project Management Association and holds a Strategic Management certificate from UCLA extension.

Pratyush is an Investment Director & Country Head of India of Blueleaf Energy, joining from Macquarie Capital where he led renewables development activities in India. He leads Blueleaf Energy's business in India and Vietnam, involving project development and acquisitions. This includes supporting the growth of the Vibrant Energy platform in India and setting up partnerships in Vietnam. His career spans for more than 16 years, which includes experience in range of activities including M&A, project finance, business and project development, energy markets, engineering, and risk management. Previously, he was Managing Director of Statkraft Solar Solutions, the Indian solar arm of Norwegian renewable energy major Statkraft. He is a gold medalist from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi; his education includes Bachelor of Engineering, MBA and CFA.
