Before joining KPMG, he was working as a Senior Consultant in Customized Energy Solutions, where he was working over energy storage project and strategy consulting and prior to that he worked with CLP India for 9 years. Within CLP he has been in various roles staring with control room operations, regional asset manager of CLPs wind assets in Rajasthan and Gujarat, project manager for CLPs first solar project and thereafter worked as Manager - Innovation in CLPs Business Development BU. He holds a Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Masters in Thermal power plant engineering from NPTI and a MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management in Finance concentration. He is also a selected mentor for 'Women in energy storage' program conducted by ESMAP in collaboration with World Bank.

Aditya Vikram is the Managing Director and CEO of Renon India Private Limited, a significant energy storage company in India. With more than 12 years of experience, Aditya wants to make a long-term difference in the energy storage business. Aditya is in charge of Renon India's operations, sales, financing, and day-to-day operations, and he is an expert in solar electrification. He engages directly with clients and customers, determining and meeting their needs. Aditya, a dedicated ecopreneur, first encountered solar energy innovation in 1997 when he visited Tilonia village, Rajasthan, which is regarded as rural India's first fully solar electrified village. This showed him how powerful and useful this amazing technology could be, and it fixed his mind on doing something disruptive in this industry. Hailing from Jharkhand, he aspires to provide a solution for a greener ecosystem. After completing his schooling from Mayo College, Ajmer, he earned a mechanical engineering degree from PES University in Bengaluru. He also went to the S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai to get an MBA in Family Managed Business to take his family's iron and steel production business forward. It was only after he relocated his base to Surat in 2015 that he started conducting extensive research on the solar industry to make a mark in the sector. Along the way, he met like-minded people and decided to join hands with them to take his idea forward. In 2019, he co-founded Renon India. Aditya is a firm believer in the market for lithium-ion batteries. He sees them as a feasible alternative to fossil fuels. And he believes Renon will be important in bringing about this fundamental change in business. Aditya seeks to develop a strong, sustainable energy system in India through Renon and strives to contribute significantly to this quest.

Debi Prasad Dash is currently working as the Director, India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA) at Customized Energy Solutions He has been involved in techno-commercial feasibility, financial modelling & analysis and consulting in emerging technology areas like energy storage, renewable integration, smart grid, electric vehicle infrastructure and microgrids. He is involved in policy recommendations for the energy storage roadmap for India, manufacturing policy for advanced energy storage technologies and development of ancillary markets in India. He is takes the lead in new strategic partnership and new initiatives of IESA. He is currently part of BIS Energy Storage Standards Committee (ETD-52). He speaks at various national and international energy storage & EV Conferences. Debi has over 8 years of industry experience and worked with over 100+ global clients in various capacities. Debi is a part of other industry associations like IEEE, IEEE-Smart Grid Working Community, PES, SESI, IGEF. Debi holds an MBA degree in Finance from Symbiosis International University and Post-graduation Diploma in Renewable Energy from TERI University. He was awarded with POSCO ASIA Fellowship by POSCO TJ Park Foundation and also an alumni of IGMTP Program by Government of Germany and Supported by DIPP, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
